Bike Box (empty) for travellers

Description

This is an empty bike box for those looking for a way to pack their own bike up to travel. The size varies, but roughly speaking we would consider an average box to be in the realms of:

180cm (long) x 25cm (wide) x 90cm (high)

The photos show a typical box and the sort of bike that fits inside it when you remove the front wheel and handlebar. Note that if you are planning to take your bike onto an airplane, they will not accept an e-bike battery with it.

We also offer some packaging materials with the box, which is optional – you don’t have to take it.

If you’d like one of these, please make your purchase online and put your pick up date and time in the notes in the order. If you are ordering for pick up on the same day, please phone first. We do not ship these out or deliver, they are pick up only. 

If you would like us to pack up your bike into this box, we can do that for $99 and with at least a few days notice

We are open Monday-friday, 9-6 and Saturdays 10-4. We are closed Sundays and Public Holidays
