DESIGN AND INNOVATION 

With three years in development, The J’s frame is gravity cast in the Alsace region of France and has no welds. This unique method results in a frame consisting of just two parts connected by an axle and two oversized bearings. This allows for an open frame that remains stiff.

With the Moustache Magic Rear Shock the J All is a full suspension, step-through eBike with high end features such as a dropper seat post. The superior engineering quality is evident and this open step through design is a game changer to the eBike industry.

SUSTAINABILITY 

With Moustache’s drive to further improve sustainability in the industry they have focused on sustainability in every aspect of manufacturing. From the use solvent-free paint, recycling of scrap aluminium, use of recycled packaging to the shortening of every possible supply route.

Bikes are molded in Vitrolles then machined in Poligny, powder coated in Schirmeck and fully assembled at the Moustache Factory. Keeping more elements local in France this has significantly reduced it’s carbon footprint. 

The Aluminium is further sourced locally from French and Italian suppliers and all waste aluminium is recycled via remelting. 75% of the components are sourced from Europe, which is both more environmentally friendly and creates more certainty in the supply chain

In addition to all the above steps taken the Moustache factory is fully powered by solar with a rainwater recovery system. 

SMART SYSTEM BY BOSCH

The Smart System is the connected link between your motor, battery, display and the remote control on your handlebar: all controllable from the eBike Flow app.

With added features The J All has an eBike Lock, navigation and route planning and automatic system updates. The J All-terrain is further equipped with the eBike lock and alarm. This GPS tracker is next generation theft protection that allows you to track the bike in real time.

The Bosch Smart System paired with a Bosch Performance Line Sport (38kph) motor results in a very capable eBike, able to climb the steepest of climbs with the latest technology and connectivity on board. With a sporty torque of 75 Nm and incredibly high performances, the motor brings just the right touch of assistance always at the right moment.

And finally with the 500Wh Bosch battery this bike won’t shy away from the longer commutes and will keep you going when you need it most! There is also the option for an additional  boost in range with the Bosch PowerMore 250Wh battery.
