Description
Replacement buttons for LED battery gauge. These are removable by undoing the 4 screws on the bottom side of the battery gauge. It is often easier to remove the display from the handlebar first to access the 4 screws. When the screws are removed, the front panel comes off. However, it is usually sealed with silicon, so it’s a fiddly job to pull it off and may require some small side cutters to cut off some of the silicon. In many cases, if the buttons have failed, the whole battery gauge needs to be changed. For example if water has got in and the buttons are activating on their own, you need to change the whole display. Changing the buttons only is appropriate when one of the buttons does not work, but there are no other symptoms or problems present.
