Frame Lock Flex Mounts

Trying to mount a wheel lock/cafe lock on a bike without the mounting points? Or perhaps the mounting points don’t properly line up with your wheel lock? These ‘flex mounts’ by AXA might be just what you need. They can’t do the impossible though
