Spare buckle for Thule rack 931/932. This is the ratecheting part that is bolted to the rack, into which the wheel strap slides into.
If you are experiencing difficulties in removing your wheel strap from one of your buckles, you may need to replace this part.
This part is relatively easily removed and installed at home using an allen key.
