Shipping policy

Wherever you are in New Zealand, we appreciate your orders and we are set up to send them out promptly and affordably. 

The products on our online store are physically located in our premises and we ship out our orders as quickly as we can. In general an order you make before 11am local time will leave with the courier within 24 hours. Post Haste handles most of our deliveries. If you are making an order for pick up in store, you can generally come in immediately after ordering.

Mainfreight takes bulky items like e-bikes and they only visit us twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

If you are ordering from overseas, we will send your order with NZ Post, who will hand it over to your national postal carrier at the border. You may need to be taxes or duties to your local customs office when they arrive - we do not pay these on your behalf. Please note we cannot send batteries or electric bikes outside of NZ.

In all cases, you will receive a tracking link by email for your order.
