The short story – Maurice and his mum’s modified (offroad wheels) eZee Sprint Alfine T4 with 700Wh battery rode the Old Ghost Road over 24 hours, including staying overnight at the spectacular Ghost Lake Hut. A blissful time was had for the first half of the trip. The fun rapidly diminished exactly when the battery ran out after the Boneyard climb. Ready for the (very) long story?
